Article 1 – Definitions Within these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  1. Additional Agreement: An agreement where the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract, which are delivered by Revelli Studio or a third party under an arrangement with Revelli Studio.

  2. Cooling-off Period: The time during which the consumer can exercise their right to cancel the contract.

  3. Consumer: A natural person not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession.

  4. Day: Calendar day.

  5. Digital Content: Data produced and supplied in digital form.

  6. Subscription Contract: A contract that provides for the regular delivery of goods, services, and/or digital content over time.

  7. Durable Medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction.

  8. Right of Withdrawal: The right of the consumer to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  9. Distance Contract: A contract concluded between Revelli Studio and the consumer as part of an organised distance selling system, using one or more means of distance communication up to the conclusion of the contract.

  10. Model Withdrawal Form: The model form for withdrawal as referred to in Schedule I of these terms.

  11. Means of Distance Communication: Any tool used for concluding a contract without the consumer and Revelli Studio being physically present in the same space simultaneously.

Please note: Revelli Studio is registered in the Netherlands. Revelli Studio operates with third-party suppliers based in China. Returns must be sent to the supplier’s warehouse in China. Specific return instructions will be provided upon withdrawal request. We recommend contacting customer service before returning any items to receive the correct address and avoid delays. Returns without prior notice may be refused.


Article 3 – Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Revelli Studio and to all distance contracts concluded between Revelli Studio and the consumer.

  2. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the trader will indicate how the terms can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer’s request.

  3. If the contract is concluded electronically, these terms may be supplied in such a way that they can be stored easily by the consumer on a durable medium.

  4. In the event that specific product or service terms apply in addition to these terms, paragraphs 2 and 3 apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting provisions, the consumer may rely on the most favourable applicable term.


Article 4 – The Offer

  1. If an offer is subject to a limited period or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

  2. The offer will contain a full and accurate description of the products, digital content, or services offered. Images used are a truthful representation. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Revelli Studio.

  3. Each offer includes clear information on the consumer’s rights and obligations in accepting the offer.


Article 5 – The Contract

  1. The contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out therein.

  2. If accepted electronically, Revelli Studio shall promptly confirm receipt of acceptance. The consumer may cancel the contract until this confirmation has been received.

  3. If the contract is concluded electronically, Revelli Studio shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the data transmission and ensure a safe web environment.

  4. Revelli Studio may, within legal boundaries, verify the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations and any relevant factors for responsibly entering into the contract. If there are good reasons not to enter the contract, Revelli Studio may refuse an order or attach special conditions.

  5. Upon delivery, Revelli Studio will supply the following, in writing or on a durable medium:

    • Business address for complaints;

    • Terms and method of withdrawal or statement if withdrawal is excluded;

    • Information about after-sales service and warranties;

    • Total price, delivery charges, and payment/delivery/execution terms;

    • Termination conditions for contracts of more than one year or indefinite duration;

    • The model withdrawal form, if applicable.

  6. For subscription contracts, this information is only required for the first delivery.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer may cancel a product contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

  2. The withdrawal period starts the day after:

    • The consumer or a third party receives the product;

    • For multiple items: when the last item is received;

    • For deliveries in parts: when the final part is received.

  3. For services and digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the withdrawal period begins the day after the contract is concluded.

  4. If Revelli Studio fails to provide required withdrawal information, the period ends 12 months after the original expiry. If that information is provided during this time, the period ends 14 days after.


Article 7 – Consumer Obligations During the Withdrawal Period

  1. During the withdrawal period, the consumer must treat the product and packaging with care, only inspecting as necessary to assess its nature and functioning, similar to physical store interaction.

  2. The consumer is liable for diminished value if usage exceeds this scope.

  3. No liability applies if Revelli Studio failed to provide mandatory withdrawal information.


Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal and Costs

  1. The consumer must notify Revelli Studio of their withdrawal using the model form or clear statement.

  2. Products must be returned within 14 days of this notification.

  3. Returns must include all accessories, and if reasonably possible, be in original condition and packaging.

  4. The consumer bears the cost and risk of return, unless otherwise agreed.

  5. For digital content not on a physical medium, no costs are due if:

    • Delivery began without explicit prior consent;

    • The consumer was not informed of withdrawal loss;

    • Revelli Studio failed to confirm the consumer’s consent and awareness.

  6. With withdrawal, any associated agreements are automatically cancelled.


Article 9 – Obligations of Revelli Studio upon Withdrawal

  1. Revelli Studio will confirm receipt of withdrawal without delay if notified electronically.

  2. Payments received, including initial delivery charges, will be refunded within 14 days of notice or upon return receipt.

  3. Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. If a more expensive delivery method was chosen, only standard delivery costs are refunded.


Article 10 – Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal Withdrawal rights may be excluded for:

  1. Products/services subject to market fluctuations;

  2. Public auction contracts;

  3. Fully performed services where the consumer consented to waive withdrawal;

  4. Services related to accommodation, catering, or leisure for a specific date;

  5. Customised products or those made to the consumer’s specifications;

  6. Perishable goods;

  7. Sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, if unsealed;

  8. Goods that are inseparably mixed after delivery;

  9. Alcohol with fluctuating value and delayed delivery;

  10. Sealed media (audio/video/software) unsealed after delivery;

  11. Newspapers or magazines, excluding subscriptions;

  12. Digital content not on a tangible medium, where delivery has begun with consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal loss.


Article 11 – Price

  1. Prices remain unchanged during the offer period, barring VAT changes.

  2. Prices influenced by financial market fluctuations are exempt if clearly stated.

  3. Increases within 3 months are only permitted by law.

  4. Increases after 3 months require consumer right of termination unless mandated by law.

  5. Prices include VAT.

  6. For products shipped from outside the UK, including China, additional charges such as import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees may apply. These are not included in the listed prices unless otherwise stated. The consumer is responsible for these charges upon delivery.


Article 12 – Fulfilment and Additional Guarantee

  1. Revelli Studio ensures that products/services comply with contract terms, reasonable usability, and legal obligations.

  2. Additional guarantees never restrict statutory rights.

  3. "Additional guarantee" refers to any commitment exceeding legal obligations.


Article 13 – Delivery and Performance

  1. Revelli Studio exercises due care in processing and fulfilling orders.

  2. The delivery address is that provided by the consumer.

  3. Orders are delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If Revelli Studio fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the consumer may request delivery within a reasonable additional period. If Revelli Studio is still unable to deliver within that period, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

  4. Risk of damage or loss lies with Revelli Studio until delivery.

  5. For products shipped from outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

  6. In the event of withdrawal, goods must be returned to the supplier’s warehouse in China. The consumer is responsible for international return shipping, including any customs or courier fees. We recommend contacting customer service before initiating a return to receive the correct address and shipping instructions.


Article 14 – Subscriptions: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

Note: Revelli Studio does not currently offer subscription-based products or services. This clause is included for completeness only.


Article 15 – Payment

  1. Payment must occur within 14 days of contract or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Consumers cannot be required to prepay more than 50% unless agreed.

  3. Consumers must notify Revelli Studio of payment detail errors immediately.

  4. In case of non-payment, legal interest and collection fees may apply after a final 14-day payment notice.


Article 16 – Complaints Procedure

  1. Revelli Studio maintains a transparent complaints process.

  2. Complaints must be submitted promptly, clearly describing the issue.

  3. Complaints are answered within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer is informed accordingly.


Article 17 – Disputes

  1. Contracts between Revelli Studio and the consumer are governed by Dutch law. However, if the consumer resides in the United Kingdom, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under UK law.

  2. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the consumer’s country of residence, if required by applicable consumer protection legislation.







Article 18 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

Additional or deviating provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be documented in writing or on a durable medium.


Article 19 – Model Withdrawal Form

The following form may be used by consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal, as described in Article 6 (Right of Withdrawal) of these terms and conditions. Use of this form is not mandatory.
