Thank you for shopping at Revelli Studio! Here’s everything you need to know about ordering and receiving your items.


1. How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our collection and select the items you want. Choose your preferred size and/or color, then click “Add to Cart.”

  2. You can continue shopping or review your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page.

  3. Please note: items in your shopping bag are not reserved until the checkout process is completed.

  4. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click “Go to Checkout”. On the checkout page, you can enter your details and review your order.

  5. Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed because processing begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.


2. Shipping Costs

  • All standard shipping costs are covered by Revelli Studio. You do not pay for shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.


3. Track Your Delivery

  • All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please note that it may take a short time for tracking information to become active.


4. Delivery Times

  • We aim to process orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 on the same day.

  • As many of our items are shipped directly from suppliers, the average delivery time is 10–15 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier stock and shipping conditions.


5. If You Are Not Home During Delivery

  • If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held at a local collection point.

  • You will receive a notification from the courier with the pickup location details.

  • After 7 days, undelivered parcels will be returned to our supplier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it, but once processing has started, changes may not be possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Revelli Studio  is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

  • If your Track & Trace indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us.

  • After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated with the courier. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
